Bluetent offices will be closed on Wednesday, December 24th, and Thursday, December 25th, in observance of the Christmas holiday. If you need to report a critical outage as defined by our Emergency support policy, please submit an After-Hours Emergency Ticket. All other support requests will be answered in the order they are received on Friday, December 26th.
