Datacenter Networking Issues

Update 2: As of 12pm MT all sites have been stable with no further reports of connectivity issues since 11:30am. We will continue to monitor systems to ensure full resolution.

Update 1: As of 11am MT we are still seeing intermittent connectivity issues. Datacenter engineers are actively working to resolve an apparent DDoS (denial of service) attack on a networking segment in the datacenter that is shared by our Rezfusion servers. We do not at the moment have a time estimate for total resolution of this incident but engineers have isolated the source of the issue and many hands are working to restore service.

Original Post: Datacenter engineers are currently investigating networking issues at our Ashburn, VA datacenter. Issues are causing intermittent loss of connectivity or lack or responses for many of our Rezfusion websites. We will update this post as more information is available.
