Escapia Web Service: Property Update Issues

We are currently investigating an issue that started on December 11th that is preventing updates to properties provided by the Escapia EVRN API feed. For affected Rezfusion Boost customers we are taking the proactive step of removing affected listings from Booking.com in order to avoid potential double booking issues. We will update this post when more information is available.

Update: As of mid-morning on December 12th HomeAway has rectified the issue with the Escapia API. All Escapia-connected websites should be performing as normal. We continue to work to re-publish Booking.com distribution listings.
